Shipping policy

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

Nocs Provisions New Zealand offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8 for all orders under NZ$200. Orders exceeding $200 will be freight free throughout New Zealand.

This shipping rate covers standard shipping throughout New Zealand with a delivery time frame of 2-10 business days from dispatch, depending on where you are in New Zealand.

We use a number of shipping courier services. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before reaching out to us.

We’re making it easier — and more sustainable — for you to access your packing slip.
Just scan the QR code on your package’s courier label to view your packing list online. Printed copies will not be included with your order.
